Cons -
- We didn't get the room we've booked. The welcome was confused and not detailed, i had to ask all the questions about dinner, breakfast, spa, exc...Clearly there is a difference between local/usual client of the hotel and people coming for the first time, we didn't get the same warm welcome and attention, also we've been told the dinner was only untill 7.30pm, but on the information booklet in our room was written the dinner started at 6.30pm, so normally hotels have at least 2 hours slot. The excuse was the germans eat early and they didn't want to stay in the kitchen all evening :|
- Lift was rather temperamental. Toilet door but no bathroom door.
