Was a nice room with a nice balcony and bathroom

It was a little bit old the room

The view!! Friendly staff. Pool. Tasty breakfast and good dinner.

Our group had multiple rooms: Some rooms had air conditioning that didn’t consistently work.

Very clean, with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the breakfast.

The beds creaked terribly. The Wi-Fi was very weak.

Beautiful views and fabulous breakfast buffet. Fabulous pool area. It was really nice to have the kitchenette in the room. Very friendly staff that spoke perfect English.

Beautiful views from the Hotel. The rooms were spacious. It had an electric kettle as well. Bed was comfortable. A lovely Balcony as well. The Pool was nice! Breakfast was good. Price of items in the restaurant was also reasonable.

WiFi was very poor to non-existent. Given that the phone connectivity is also poor, this hotel is not fit for business travelers. Location is Accessible only by car. With public transport it is arduous. A lot of walking needed. Even grocery etc., are a bit of a walk.

Amazing view of the lake and a spacious balcony. Breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from. The gentleman who checked us in (I believe his name is Davide) was exceptionally professional, informative and helpful. His demeanor and approach to guests matches a luxury 5 star hotel, and is a prime example of high hospitality standards.

AC in the room was a bit loud.

No sound insulation in the rooms, it is noisy, but it depends on the neighbors.

The light in the room’s corridor turn on automatically. Not convenient when someone going to the toilet in the middle of the night and others still sleeping

Facilities are older. Clothing iron caused residue on my shirt.The area itself was quite empty and not many things happening around. We took a short drive to the swim area/ beach nearby and there were some options for restaurants

The room smelled very strongly of vinegar and damp. We were placed in a corresponding room and we could hear our neighbors very loudly. Although we did not ask for a corresponding room.

Very friendly and helpful receptionists. Helped us sort out rental car. Breakfast every morning was grt, selection of pastries, juices, coffees, sliced meats, fruits, yoghurts etc. The pool area was lovely and brilliant views of the lake

We ate in the restaurant the first night and unfortunately it wasn't grt, it was v busy so delays with food.

The bathroom has poor lighting. Very bad internet - slow and constantly dropping out.

It was well set up and only a short walk to the shores of lake Garda. The views from our room and the hotel were fantastic.

No block out curtains so we woke earlier than necessary and privacy concerns as well

The sleep was uncomfortable due to the pillows, and the cleanliness of the bedding could have been better. The bed covers and blanket had an unpleasant smell, which impacted the overall experience.
