- The staff is very very friendly! Our room wasn’t the renovated one but we didn’t care about that as the room was spacious enough, the airconditioning was working very good and we had a big balcony with a great view on the Garda lake. The sunbeds at the pool were comfortable but we really missed a bit of music over there.

Cons -
- The water pressure in the shower wasn’t good. The hotel was full of Germans and the hotel/staff is really focused on them and their language. Dutch and German is definitely NOT the same. There was not much choice for lunch and dinner on the menu and breakfast was simple. Kids are already screaming and running through the hallways at 6am in the morning!! I think it's normal to say to your kids: be a bit quieter, there are also other people sleeping, especially at that time on holiday! Manerba itself was very boring. No lake Garda for us anymore, it felt like I was on holiday in Germany and not in Italy. Luckily we just stayed here for 4 nights.
- That there was no air conditioning in our room. Air conditioning would have made the room more comfortable as it was very hot the week we were there.

Hotel restaurant staff (the aged lady) was very bossy and rude so, they spoiled our morning mood. When asking if they still have brioche, the lady said "no we saw u guys were here long time" which is not true and I hvnt even finished 2 dishes. Even if it was true, it is not correct to say that to the customer for the food
The pool is lovely and a good size with nice facilities too. also it is very very close to the lake
Staff is highly motivated and really hard working. The same staff serves you breakfast at 8:00 a.m. and is there for your dinner at 8:00 p.m. - respect to the hard work!!!
Sometimes there is no parking spot left, sometimes the internet doesn’t work, sometimes there are no free tables for dinner.
Thumbs up to all the staff.They were superb in all departments,special mention to the lady leading the dining room activities.She was a marvel.
