Location. Kids where staying about 2 minutes away so very convenient.

The location is ideal for beachgoers. It is just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Hikers will be interested in the nearby nature reserve. Breakfast included a lot of sweet and savoury options. The spa had a hot tub.
The half pension does not include a salad bar nor a dessert. Guests may prefer to eat a la carte instead at their restaurant.
The location was great. Very close walking distance to the Lake Garda. The staff was exceptional. They did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. Big thank you to the receptionist team Myles, Nancy and Matilde. They helped us in everything they just could. Matilde even gave us her own umbrella on a rainy day just to make sure we have everything. Elisa and Tiziana the kitchen team gave a great service. They made a very tasty breakfast and filled up the plates fast to make sure that everything is spot on. Francesca from the Beauty salon also gave an exceptional service. They have been all very friendly and we felt as a part of a big family.
The only negative thing that I could say is that the staff was overloaded with work. They need more staff. The owner should realise that these poor people need help. The staff did an excellent job running the hotel. The owner is very lucky to have such a reliable great team as they are.
The friendliness of the staff was amazing, from Myles on reception to the the lady who cooked the omelettes for us every morning. We were given advice on places to visit, where to park and the best times to go places. The breakfasts every morning were fantastic from fresh scrambled eggs and crispy bacon, to omelettes made in front of you to continental style and cereals and fruit and pastries. We didn't eat again until evening! The pool was small but never busy and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The spa is a real treat and there are often flyers at breakfast with the days discounted packages. There is a lift and easy access and if required underground parking.
The sporadic Wifi in the room was the only issue but we didn't go on holiday to sit in our room!
The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. They helped us with plenty of good advice and arranged taxis for us on a few occasions. Nancy, Mathilde, Miles and Christian all helped us at various times throughout our stay and couldn't have done more for us. The air con in the room did stop working for one night and the room could do with some maintenance but we really enjoyed our stay overall.
Rooms could do with some maintenance
Friendly and helpful staff.
We were there at the time when carousels were on (that we don’t mind ) but it was very loud.
Location was good
There was noise for entire stay from electricity boxShower was not good
The rooms had the expected size and were very clean
(1) We booked a triple room but the third bed was a camp cot of very poor quality which was simply unusable (our daughter had to sleep with us)(2) The shower is very small.(3) The wellness area is small and not particularly well-equipped(4) The price is that of a 4-star hotel but the general impression is that of a good 2-star hotel
Great staff, abundant and delicious breakfast, 1-hour spa included
Heating in the room was too high
Big and comfortable bed.Sauna and jacuzzi on site but short opening hours
Wellness area is opened 10-19, which means when you arrive in the evening you can't really use it, as check out is 10am.Balcony also looked different than what we saw on the booking page and there was no view.
Small hotel, clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.
A bit too far from facilities (restaurants etc)down by the lake that were in walking distance were shut as we were staying out of season.
Spacious apartment, very good breakfast, swimming pool
Nothing except the weather :)
polite staff, clean rooms
spa was small and not 24/7 access as advertised on booking. walls are think so you can hear a lot of noise.
the breakfast was good.
be careful. they try to rip you off. better to remember the thing you order. they tried to charge the drinks we didn’t drink and use of sauna facility.
staff very nice breakfast was ok
old furniture doesn’t bother me personally but the mattresses were really uncomfortable.
Great breakfast. Welcoming staff.
Tiling on bathroom floor was gloss. Very slippery when wet.Beds were a little hard.Room not ready but given a complementary drink but 40 minutes turned into an hour and a half.
Close to the lake, clean, nice staff at breakfast also the cleaning ladies very niceNice toiletries
I booked in a rush not having time to read the reviews. Please read the reviews many guests have the same complaints.Avoid this hotel if you need to relax. Is only convenient for the price and because is clean.Extremely noisy due to thin walls, you can hear other guests as if they were in your room( even when they were going to the bathroom). The door of the room very hard to close you had to bang it so making more noise. Reception staff not very helpful and nice
