Overall nice facilities. Friendly staff.

The breakfast was really poor. Few choices, and only continental. I'm going to Italy to eat Italian food, not english breakfast.

The staff are extremely nice and welcoming. The surroundings are beautiful, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The apartment is convenient.

The apartment felt outdated and not properly cleaned.

1) Room was quite warm for the season, despite having AC, 2) room refrigerator was not cooling enough, beverages were warm, 3) would have like to see more vegetables and fitness food options

The continental breakfast was very delicious, German channels, terrace on the ground floor and parking on the property

We had a great stay. Lovely receptionist and waiters. Breakfast was nice. Warm water Pool/Sauna was for free from 10am to 7pm. One min walk from the hotel there are some bars/restaurants and an interesting plattform with beautiful view on Garda See. I saw an ice cream salon beside the platform, in summer should be great to spend some time there.1,5km from hotel there is a ruin of a fortress. You could go by car, but we decided to take a walk. We recommend and hope we can return soon.

Everything was perfect! The drinks at the Bar, amazing food and options at the restaurant and swimming pool! The owners were very friendly towards us and loved our dog so much. It was a perfect stay for the week!

This hotel has grown longer and longer over time and offers the usual good standard of a modern midclass hotel, including a small private terrasse and a large hotel swimming pool. The breakfast is terrific and the rest is all fine.

It's not really by the lake and you down't even see it - you have to walk down a steep road, and there is little more there than two restaurants - so you better take the car and drive somewhere.

Games for kids in garden could be better for 4 star hotel.

The area was nice, some bar / restaurants nearby.Hotel really clean. Room was spaceful with balcony. Breakfast was amazing, however coffee was a bit dissapointing. The bar has really nice cocktails.

The lock from the room door was loose, so you had to pay attention to close it properly. ( probably a specific issuefor our room). The inside pool was almost unusable, because it was very hot in the pool area. The „gym“ is made out of 3-4 machines and it‘s next to the pool and spa/ massage area. It is not a separate room, not properly ventilated either, plus they do not allow you to use it while they have clients for massages. We were offered pool towels, but nobody informed us that there is charge for changing with clean ones.

Rooms are very tidy and clean, our request for a second blanket was asap taken care of and we felt welcomed. Breakfast was plenty with a good variation.

I wish the hotel would do something against the sunbed reservations. We stayed for nine days and a lot of days sunbeds were reserved before breakfast time and people were not returning before late afternoon… my expectation would be that the staff would realize and take away the towels (even with people leaving because they were thinking there’s no sunbeds left).

Breakfast very basic (good that is, but nothing special). Restaurant a bit expensive. Good, cheap places to eat a few hundred meters from the hotel, though.
