LOGINN Hotel Offenbach

Clean hotel in central location, its right beside Marketplatz train station and is a busy area, at the moment there is a construction project right across the plaza on the other side of the road, however the Login Hotel is nearly 100% soundproof, so you hear nothing with the windows closed.

Easy to find, right outside the S Bahn stop.

They said if my key card was near my phone it would erase. And no one is at the reception desk past 10pm. This made me very nervous!

Yes everything was amazing however Ms Sandra at the reception she was so cooperative and professional the way she was treating at the check in and during the stay as well.

There is need improve wifi specially at 5th floor and there was less signals and always disconnection issue.

Nice studio with essentials. Room was clean on arrival. Good location for public transportation.

Had to ask in the morning to get room cleaned and have a change of towels. Asked after the second night being there, but no one showed up and we were out for the whole day. Went to reception and they told us everyone has gone home but tomorrow. Next day went down to confirm but it was a holiday and no cleaners will be in that day. They did provide clean towels. The next day cleaners again didn’t service the room. So out of 5 nights there, room was never cleaned or serviced by cleaning staff.

breakfast was ok it will be better if more option will be there. location was very nice for bus and train. staff was very supportive.

it would be better if arrange tea making tray at room

Breakfast was OK, could have been a little more choice but for my liking OK. Please add Nutella for the Croissants. Bread rolls OK but could have been fresher...Good a/c which was running quietly with no problems.Excellent sound proofing I felt bearing in mind that you are bang in the centre of Offenbach.

The mattress is stone hard - must be hardness H5 (German Category) which made sleep uncomfortable and I encountered back and hip pain after only a few hours of sleep. This could be address easily by adding a soft topper or have one available upon request. I will bring my own next time... ;-)I noticed when reading through the comments, that I am not the only one having encountered problems with the hardness of the mattress...The neighborhood of the hotel is OK but not the nicest in my opinion... plenty of choice of ethnic takeaways and the likes...

Nothing really. The neighborhood is shocking.No coffee etc in roomNo Netflix on TVNo YouTube on TVRoom wasn't changed once during 7 day stay.I'd describe it more as a Hostel than a hotel , to be honest.A rather morbid, depressing, prison like feeling once you set foot inside.Management might be wise in focussing more on client comfort than margins. Can't say I'll return.

The room was clean and well designed, it was big. The public spaces were really nice. The receptionists were really helpful.

Google TV or at least the option to stream via wifi from own devices to the TV. Secondly it would be great to have at least a water kettle in the room.Anyways it was still a very enjoyable stay of 5 nights.

Reception desk is so helpful and fast, have a cool lobby, check in and out were so easy.

There were small bugs in the room after day1, ı do not now where they came from

The location is perfect next to the S bahn station and to the shopping centre..

The rooms being on a different floor could feel a little isolated from the reception.

place is very clean, it is also acessible to almost everything. the staff also allowed me to check in early, that was very nice since i was so tired from my travel

since its in the city center you will hear a lot of noise but its tolerable

Public areas are beautifully and originally designed but very functional.Staff were lovely.Great value for money. Best hotel I have stayed at in ages.

Shower towels could be bigger

Location was very good, very close to the subway. Breakfast was good, but could maybe have little more choice/options

New hotel with nice fittings, albeit quirky.

Early check-in, before 3 p.m., is not possible!The hotel is not accessible from the road, which is limiting. Offsite parking, so you have to drag your suitcases across a busy square and road into a parkade.No AC, heating only.No safe.No English TV channels Limited toiletries, no face cloth. Two single beds pushed together to make a double. Bedding quality is ok-ish, however beds are made like it's a hostel.Although parking at the off-site parking is not ideal, it cheap!

The room was too hot! The air-condition didn't work and we could not control the central heating.

2nd stay here. Great value for money. Opposite s-Bahn. Modern and clean room

No toilet paper or shampoo was in the room. I had to ask for it as maid probably forgot but no big deal

I recently stayed at the LOGINN Hotel in Offenbach and had a great experience. The room was big and comfortable, with clean sheets that made for a good night's sleep. It was also very quiet, which made it easy to relax. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Offenbach.

Opposite S-Bahn with fast connections to Frankfurt . Lots of places to eat and shops nearby. Room was spacious , clean and comfortable. Good value for money

Great location, clean and friendly staff

Our room was super hot. The aircon seemed to only blow hot air so it was very warm in the room.
