- The location was good with a good amount of parking. I came a bit late in the night and still could get parking. The breakfast was yummy and had a variety. The room was a good space for one person.
- Close to Maebashi station - walking to the hotel was easy. Check in via online and using the kiosk (in English) was also easy. The staff was also very nice. Breakfast was tasty!
- Close to the station. The place is clean, but a bit old. Friendly staffs and good breakfast. The only thing that I don’t like was the pillows. It was to flat and thin.
Cons -
- I had to pay extra for parking.
- Bedroom was compact for two friends sharing.
- On the 10th floor close to the elevator, was a lot of elevator noise.

Absolutely wonderful breakfast variety. Yummy veggie smoothies.

Location; clean room; simple breakfast.
Great location, even staff’s are not well versed in English language but u can see that they are really willing to help
price and nice staff
the room too small
The breakfast is spectacular, offering a wide variety of healthy foods and 2 kinds of nutritious smoothies, as well.
The breakfast was an excellent value!
I booked a “double economy room” the picture on Booking.com showed me that the room had two beds. When I checked in the room, there was only one bed. When I asked the staff about the discrepancy, they stated that Booking.com had the wrong picture and that there was nothing they could do.
Very compact but comfortableLibrary cafe
No English channels, need more hooks for hanging
Breakfast included, easy check in and check out! Nice staff too.
Everything was amazing. Staff were really kind and the location was great !
The pillow is a bit how you going. But it's easy to get over it as everything else is amazing.
Location is near my home
Upon arrival, I was informed that there was no booking under my name. Despite showing them the confirmation, they initially deemed it useless. After a prolonged wait, they eventually discovered my reservation. Subsequently, I was unexpectedly asked to make a payment as they claimed I hadn't settled the fees, even though I believed my card details had already been provided for payment. Consequently, I reluctantly paid the amount to gain entry.Upon entering the room, I was disappointed to find that essentials such as pillows, toothbrushes, and towels were missing. It appears that the room was not adequately prepared, leading to a less-than-pleasant experience. My son is sick so i sent them message that i cannot go down to have my breakfast so inatead put it in the container and ill just go down once my son is awake but they do not open emails so sadly the restaurant is closed already. They have poor communications :( they donot open measages and emails :(
They offered very healthy breakfast which was liked by kids. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing to complain
Nice cosy rooms with all amenities included. Breakfast was included in the stay and had a lot of good options. Especially loved the fresh juice selection! Staff was very helpful. Location is also perfect, with lots of eating options nearby.
Nothing in particular.
Free breakfast, big rooms view a view of the city. Great location and free bike hire. Very good place to get away from Tokyo and just bike round around to recharge. Theres a close indoor market with fantastic cafe that makes pasta from scratch!
Simple, clean, comfortable and convenient location, next to Maebashi train station.Breakfast too, simple but sufficient.
There is a nice hotel, good facility, and delicious breakfast.
I think the shower mecanichally is not as nice as my expectation. But overall it is a nice hotel that i ever stay.
It was great!
The instruction about hotel room cleaning said "if you need a cleaning, let the front staff know by xxx time" so we did NOT let them know. But then after we return to the room, the bed sheet was changed. :(
