Excellent for a night stop in driving.

Responsive and welcoming staff

Clean rooms and comfortable beda
WiFi was not great in my room
We love this hotel ideal location pet friendly and plenty of parking
Could do with 1 extra pillow as 1 small one not enough
The staff was excellent. Lucille gave us tips and a list of things to see in Bordeaux.
The shower could use a curtain or longer glass panel. The water spills into the floor.
Good hot shower. Plenty of points for phone and tablet with UK connections
Evening food options breakfast were both limited and very basic.
Very nice and friendly welcoming at the front desk+ easy Check-in at any time.
The staff was always eager to help. The Wi-Fi worked well. The hotel is conveniently located for a stop during holiday travel.
The facilities are starting to get a bit dated. The hotel could use automatic room door locks instead of printed codes for a keypad. The pastries in the breakfast were not the best.
Room was spacious and had comfortable beds
Location is across a main street far from the city. Breakfast had limited options and the scrambled eggs were cold and tasteless. No vegetables as sides but only bread. Common areas are very small and not the best atmosphere in the evening. Strange people around. Rooms are spacious but having very simple furniture. Toilet was very small.

Room was clean. The hotel has good highway access. Hotel was dog friendly.
There were no good places to walk the dog. (or go for a walk)
Very nice staff, clean room, and environment.
Rooms are large, but bathrooms are quite small. The shower area isn't adequately covered, and then the weather is on the floor.
Great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. No issues at all—would definitely recommend.
Perfect location, clean, charging station, all I needed
Very spacious room and free private parking.
Our room was very cold when we arrived.
Close to the motorway, spacious, the staff were kind and helpful. Private outside parking
Breakfast could have had more options for its price.
