Pros +
- Quite tidy
- Friendly and helpful staff, good location, great food.
- Amazing food, super friendly staff.
Cons -
- Overall hospitality was lowkey for the price, breakfast needs improvements like serving actual juice and not artificially flavored yellow drink. The roof on the 6th floor was leaking water into the lounge space. There were no tea bags in the rooms even though there was a pot. It's all these smaller things that together create the mediocre feel.
- The room itself was very clean but the carpet in the hallway was a bit dusty.
- The pillows where very hard, the AC almost impossible to control correctly.

The hotel was excellent. Nice rooms, good location, very good breakfast, very courteous staff. we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
I requested adjacent rooms and was told that adjacent rooms are booked for me. When checked in, found they can accommodate me but will need to downgrade one room for same price. since I booked through booking :-(
Great stay! Super clean rooms, friendly staff, and a perfect location. Everything was smooth and comfortable — highly recommend!
Very good value for moneyThe breakfast was very goodThe pool and the spa are good
We found out when arriving to the hotel that the dinner is not served in the hotel buffet but in the hotel’s restaurant. If i would know i would not schedule a half board.
A very pleasant stay for 2 nights! We booked a classic room but were upgraded to a deluxe room with balcony by the friendly staff at the reception. The room was clean, breakfast had plenty of options, and the swimming pool / saunas were great.
beautifully decorated…mix of modern and moroccan styles cleangreat gym small but comfortable (heated) indoor pool
its not kosherlimited parking particularly when there is a wedding taking place
We had a great stay at the Ramada Hotel. The place is new, very clean, and has convenient parking. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. I especially enjoyed the on-site restaurant and the rooftop bar — great food, a relaxing atmosphere, and beautiful views. Highly recommended!
I requested a delayed checkout and paid for it.It was a different room because ours already were booked - no issue and understandable. But, the room we received was unclean and with mold inside the fridge
Excellent service. Stuff were great. We ate only breakfast which was great with variety of foods. Parking in hotel’s parking lot with even a charging stations for electric cars. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna were clean and no limit for towels. Rooftop bar. Nice chef restaurant at ground floor.
Nothing not to like
Comfortable and clean room with a nice view of Nazareth. Recommended!
The staff were kind and always willing to go the extra mile to help. We especially appreciated being granted a late checkout. Breakfast was amazing, and the restaurant next door delivered food and drinks straight to our room — a lovely touch that added to our experience. We enjoyed the pool and spa area, and the view was beautiful. We stayed in the executive suite, which was spacious and featured a huge balcony with an excellent outdoor jacuzzi — a real highlight of our stay.
There were cigarette butts scattered all over the balcony. The suite had no robes, and when we got to the pool, we found out they were supposed to be waiting for us in the room. There was also an issue with the air conditioning — it was freezing, and only after two complaints was it finally fixed. Additionally, the usual extras we expect in a suite, like fruit, chocolate, a small bottle of wine, or even slippers, were not provided. That said, these were relatively minor issues, and overall the good far outweighed the bad.
Pool and saunas working from early in the morning till late in the eveningSuper friendly staffGreat comfy bed
Great amenities, amazing stuff, the Locanda restaurant is a must!
Rooms feel a bit dated and the breakfast options were either too sweet or too salty
The rooms are spacious and there are nice shampoos and shower gels from Dead Sea minerals brand. The restaurant at the hotel vicinity was great - atmosphere, music , decor, taste and serving - worth the money and time.
There was a cockroach in our room, The breakfast and dinner offer in the hotel were below our expectations. We arrived 17:00 and considered the dinner at the hotels Zaafran restaurant but found it not worth the 160 shekels price per person. The breakfast was basic and the dishes were not tasty and served without style. The coffee machines were not tasty, the staff at the omlet station were not welcoming and smiling. In general - the room is nice and renewed, culinary experience was below average. Will not come back
- The food was great , both breakfast and dinner (mainly on Friday)- Spa facilities- Attentive service and smooth check-in experience (+ We were upgraded to a more luxurious room)
- Saturday evening dinner: although it was very tasty it was less fancy.- Would be nice if the spa space can be heated on cold days.
Staff were so nice, they upgraded our room and were super helpful. Room was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!
