it was ok, the people were alrightno cleaning at all the whole stay, absolutely unreal experience, never heard of "cleaning every third day". stayed for 4 nights and didnt get a clean once

NO cleaning whatsoever, literally didnt get a single days worth of cleaning, towels got replaced when i asked. no slippers either, and no phone either

On the positive side, the staff I interacted with were polite and respectful. My room was clean, the sheets were fresh and crisp, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety. The restaurant kitchen also stood out as being noticeably clean, which gave me confidence in the food preparation. The lounge, gym, and sauna facilities were modern and enjoyable, which added value to the stay.

Parking was a frustration. Although the hotel advertises free parking, there are only about 10 spaces, which were full on my second night. I had to pay 205 SEK (a little over $20 USD) for overnight parking. While I was able to park on-site afterward, this limitation should be made clearer upfront. To make matters worse, on my last day I was informed that I had been parking on a private property completely unrelated to the hotel. This was upsetting for several reasons: I had already told a receptionist earlier where I parked, and she didn’t say anything; I dislike unknowingly doing the wrong thing or inconveniencing others; and there was absolutely no indication that the lot wasn’t part of the hotel. If you’re traveling with a car, the bottom line is: stay somewhere else.

The staff was super friendly and everything was clean. I had an issues with the AC on they first day and the let me switch rooms.

The room is not made for a longer stay. It has no window, which makes it very uncomfortable as you have no feeling of time due to no daylight at all. There is no closet for your clothes and not really any surface in the bathroom to put down your stuff. Only recommend to stay in here for a night for a layover or something.

The breakfast buffet is good. Staff are very friendly.

While it is only a 10-15 min walk to the metro to get you to the city center. It is a 25 min metro ride to the city center and more in the area of tourist activity. The area around the hotel doesn’t have anything remotely to do. There is a grocery store near the metro (10-15 mins away) but very few restaurants in the area.

The room size is not suitable for a family of 3 adults. The room is designed for people with special needs. There are no places to hang towels and underwear while showering. The towels need to be changed. There are no services inside the room, such as coffee, tea, etc.

The first night I stayed, I was unable to have dinner at Veroni -inside the hotel- due to 'a large party is coming in" I was surprised that they would not allow a guest at the hotel to eat at the restaurant in the hotel.

Nice modern hotel on the inside, very comfy beds, breakfast and lunch is top quality for a really good price. Location pretty much out of the city on map, but in reality pretty close from city center.

Sauna didnt work for our whole 3 day stay :(Windows cannot be open at all, staff said due to some countrywide safety regulation, not sure if its true. It got weird when it turns out the air sucker in our bathroom does not work, and we had no choice but to open our room door so we can breathe. Staff said “we cannot help”…

Looked for a comfortable hotel for a stay after arriving in Arlanda with a late plane, found this option - and could not have been better: cheap, easy to find with car, friendly and available personnel, clean and confortable rooms, and good breakfast.Great location for work travelers, or for a stop along the E4.

Amazing breakfasts ?

Would love the gym and spaces upstairs to be open for everyone with the card. Very warm in the room, weird AC :(

This is 2nd time is stayed at this hotel. Staff is so kind and helpful. Facilities are amazing. Soundproofing in rooms gives you extreme comfort.

Staff is great, the place is gorgeous, breakfast is the best one we had in any kind of hotel, the sauna was a cherry on top

The hotel is nice and modern, I highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting for a few days. Transport does take time so plan ahead but the bus station is literally in front of the hotel. The staff was super helpful and sauna is open until 22.00 but if you're having a long day and want to relax legs before evening, it's amazing.

Once again, I'm thrilled with BW in Stockholm! The room, though tiny, was perfectly decorated, neat and comfortable. There was absolutely nothing I needed that wasn't there. Friendly and helpful night receptionist. Free parking!!!

We checked at 1am and didn't make it down for breakfast in time. When we reached the restaurant around 10:40 svettigt was already taken away, except the bread rolls and butter which we asked if we could take some of. Would have been really nice if the staff had offered to bring us a small plate of child meat or leftover sausages or fruit, etc. There were only a couple of other people so it wasn't busy. Would also make a big difference if breakfast could be served until 11am.Shower tiles could use some scrubbing, but that's the same in every hotel in the world.

Everything is Okej very nice but lite bite cold to night I will open air conditioner not work I call reception he coming and check he say so sorry we can change your room if you want I say no now late thanks and another is breakfast we are coming 08:30 to buffet everything is finish just lite left tomato and cheese plus we ask about kottbullar is pork or beef kitchen chef say is I think is mix blend meat ? very nice answer I think and I ask Korv he say I think is chicken kitchen don’t know what they cook !!!

Perfect, good breakfast, friendly staff, clean, easy access to the city center with bus or metroSauna and gym perfect after a long exploring day

Very bad experience for me in this hotel. One of the receptionists was so rude to me, and he made me go back and forth to the reception to activate the room and elevator keys many times. In the end, he told me to walk a way because he had more important things to do than his original job. What a shame! So incompetent person!

Clean, and cozy hotel. New rooms and bathroom. Very well sound isolated. Tv with wifi and all apps! Breakfast was very good with variety of choices. Location close to the motorway and 20 min by car to the city center.

Clean quiet place best breakfast

I enjoyed the overall stay - from breakfast to property and staff. I especially loved that there was a spatious bathroom and that there is a restaurant where to dine or/and get coffee/tea in the evenings. The location is not central but it's very connected as there are many transportation options just a minute walk from the hotel.

The only minus is that it was difficult to find the hotel in the evening because it doesn't have any sign outside.
