The most satisfying part is that it is very close to the JR station and is relatively friendly to passengers with a lot of luggage.
The property was located very well to get the train to Narita airport and that was the reason it was chosen. It is also only a 15 minute walk from Ueno Park (museum, galleries and shrines).

Cons -

The interior decoration work of the building is still in progress and is relatively unfriendly to people with allergies. The bathtub is too small and requires some effort to adjust the water temperature.
