I had a car and according to the information there was not a parking closely.

No parking place. No body to help.

This property is not 100% safe and there are no staff to help.

The door in the toilet was faulty and when trying to close it, the door fell backwards onto my finger causing immense pain. I even went to the hospital as I was worried it would be broken. The owner is not insured for damages and we wanted to be covered for this damage and he was not willing to help with this other than offering a meal at a local restaurant. He is extremely dangerous as he snuck in after we called to explain what happened and he put the door back. Also, there is no reception onsite only a key pick up and drop off. We never met the owner but yet he wrote that my husband saw and talked to him which never happened. My husband did meet the housekeeper twice but she did not speak English and was not helpful. The owner said that he brought a doctor onsite but this was never communicated to us and only written after we had checked out. I am happy to supply all communication we had with the owner through booking.com to prove this. If anything happens to you at this property no one is there to help you and calling the reception is useless. We did leave once frozen vegetables given to my husband to help with the pain in the sink as we had to rush to the hospital and instead of being sympathetic with what happened the owner complained that we left this mess in the sink. Again, stay here at your own risk!

Nice hotel just in the centre of Heinsberg with modern rooms. We stayed in one quite comfortable with a large double bed and a big bathroom. Check in was smooth with no need to visit a person in the reception. Every day cleaning was a great.

Great hotel. Possibly the nicest of my trip. Near all the shops. It had air conditioning, it was very modern, clean, and had everything I needed.

The only minor issue (and only with my small, single room) was that the air conditioner blew directly onto the bed-making it uncomfortable to run while resting. Also, I didn't see any outlets near the bed.

We loved the central location and the decoration of the room. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable as well as pillows and duvet. Check in via a machine was a first time but it worked like a charm. No breakfast room but many bakeries nearby.

We would have liked the opportunity to get a cold beverage from a machine or a mini bar. The curtains need to be renewed.

The sink was cloged the whole time. I had to wash teeth in the shower unfortunately.

Conveniently located in the center of Heinsberg. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The hotel has no reception, you need to key in your reservation onto a console on the street to get your key. The city is tiny, so at 10pm, the streets are deserted. Fumbling with a console on a dark street to get your key would not be nice if you were a woman travelling alone. Our room had no deadbolt to lock the door from the inside, so it didn't give you the security you'd normally expect. This, paired with the lack of a reception desk and not coming into contact with anyone made it feel a bit eerie. The room was also extremely(!!) cold. The radiator is located behind a thick blackout curtain, so the heat is trapped if you close the curtain to sleep. There was also a wall-mounted AC unit but despite trying for 30 minutes, we couldn't get it to blow warm air.It felt like an expensive room all considering.

The room and bathroom are very clean, the cleaning lady came every day, beds were comfy!It's located in the center, so everything you need is reachable in couple of minutes walking.

The rooms were lovely and well equipped. I would have liked some coffee sachets without crema for next time. The wifi signal was great. The rooms were cleaned and attended to daily.The steakhouse below ,where we ate on both nights, had excellent food and lovely ,friendly service. The self-check in and out was very clear and simple, great idea !I thought the fact that there was no parking would be a bit of a faff, but there is a parking lot round the corner (2 mins walk) and it was only around 8euros for 24hrsThe back rooms were quieter and had a balcony. The front rooms(only Juliet balcony) were noisier because above the restaurants , but nothing to stop you sleeping.

The only thing I can think of which would have made it better was if it had supplied breakfast somehow.Please note there is not a lift , but as long as you can manage 2 flights at most.

We’ve booked a room with balcony but had a room without balcony, but our room was very beautiful , so not really something we didn’t like ?

New and clean room, had everything we needed for a short stay. automated check-in method without staff was very handy

great little gem. modern and comfortable room in a prime location. staff is great too. highly recommend the steakhouse below (4.6/5 on google review). self check-in device was simple to use.
