Bed and bathroom where clean and comfortable.

Strong (and i mean STRONG) smell of chlorine / bleach / some cleaning chemical in the room - burning nose strong, eye watering when walking in strong. Ouchie Ouch strong.

Perfect location for overnight stay in Melbourne. Affordable, clean and safe.

It wasn't very clean in the bathroom, the toilet was running and not working properly and the water was generally cold with only the hot wat tap on.

Easy check in. Courtesy call in relation to the event that was scheduled that night was appreciated. Comfortable room.

Constant emails to pre check in were unnecessary.

Great location and next to a major shopping centre for easy access to supermarkets and groceries, Pub was goo easy food and was ok service.

Checkin Staff and Wait staff were very uninterested in the overall satisfaction of your stay, when checking in it felt that it was a bother for them to find my reservation/

Unfortunately room smelt musty on arrival, bathroom roof had a lot of mold and bed was fairly uncomfortable

Bathroom were clean and well equipped, basic necessities as listed were all there as needed, daily room clean were offered, good Wi-Fi connection and food service delivery to your room (although it has specific opening times), gaming room right outside in the foyer is a both a minus and plus point and staff were friendly, parking was easy.

THE NOISE. Since the gaming room is often bumped with upbeat music and noises from the machines, I could still hear them across such a long hallway until ~3am. Also, we were not aware before booking that upstairs of the hotel rooms is the function room, the night is always almost never quiet, music beats hitting our foreheads as we tried to rest after long days - so not a fan at all. A good place to rest during days but at nighttime, this place is alive.

Not far from Melbourne Airport. Great restaurant and bar. Close to shopping mall and great cafe for breakfast recommended by front office staff member.

Cheap and tidy room, will definitely stay here again as close to the airport and clean.

Location is great for my trip. Also it is right next to Westfield shopping centre, Macca's, petrol, BWS, etc, very convenient.Reception Staff is so warm and welcoming. The little chat with us made a great connection.The rooms are spacious and well designed to be able to fit in a lot of things. Bathroom looks have been recently renovated. Rooms and beds are so clean, spotless verywhere. Good quality of pillow and bedding stuff, really comfy to sleep.

It is not noise proof at all. You can hear very clearly of people talking next door. But there's a sign hanging inside the room saying that you can contact staff for unreasonable noise after 10pm, which I guess can be helpful if needed.

Great reception.Minor issues with room, dripping tap, fading light bulb.Reception organised a plumber and electrician within the day Our stay was for ten nights, so acted on promptly.Was offered a different room, but had unpacked then discovered minor issues and decided to stay put.

Very comfortable beds, room is very small but perfect for just a place to sleep and shower.
