- Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
- Close to all necessary facility¿s . Very good restaurants, and shopping. Laundry mat close by.
Cons -
- Located right next to a loud open air dance club that closes at 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM during high season Music volume made it impossible to sleep.
- Because it¿s in the middle of town it is very noisy till late at night. Television was very small.
