Please note that rooms are serviced every 3rd day, including weekends and public holidays. Please note that reception hours are: Monday-Friday 8:00 until 18:00. Saturday-Sunday 9:00 until 15:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Gallery Hotel has a 24/7 self check-in system.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 150.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
