- Payment for stay was handled by a 3rd party TAB who charged an extra fee for processing payment in our country's currency without authorisation. This was unacceptable and not able to get this charge back. The breakfast options were terrible. Limited fruit and stale cake/ biscuits on offer. WiFi was bad. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. They provided useful information on hikes in area. Great central location to take hikes in El Chalten.

- I loved my room with a view of Mt Fitzroy and the fact that the window opened which kept the room fresh from over heating
Cons -
- The breakfast was not up to standard for a boutique hotel. Travellers now require more healthy unsweetened options and a range of protein options, in particular eggs.
