It was clean and quiet with a nice porch. The swimming pool was nice and the beautiful beach was a short walk down a lane. Good AC and fans.

Cons -

noisy no place to put trash toilets suck
difficult to find hard to contact but once there they were EXCELLENT
The room did NOT have a well equipped kitchen. There were very few old pots and plastic dishes, no dish rack. A cupboard door was off in the bathroom and the shower head had only a few narrow holes, OUCH!, tap leaked, no shampoo. Bedroom poorly lit.
