Pros +

  • Little gem, the host John and Veronica were great and hospitable. The bungalows are very neat and clean with hot water and a fan. Veronica does a lovely job of presenting breakfast nicely and putting flowers around the rooms. The gardens are immaculate! The village is a short walk away along the beach and very interesting to visit. The beach in front is rocky but there are little pools you can swim in. A great stay!
  • Excellent
  • The breakfast is great, the beach is right in front, use of snorkel gear is free and someone is always on site. They can arrange taxis and get direct pricing from the locals themselves. It's very safe, and overall, a nice family set up.

Cons -

  • Nothing
  • A rat haunted my first room, and the second was filled with lizard droppings, termite-eaten wood shedding everywhere and in the communal space, make sure to have insect repellant all the time. The walk to and from there to the main road is ridiculously muddy, there are no signs to get in from the main road, and waves are huge/unpleasant to relax in the water on the entire coastline.
