- The location is excellent but above all the friendliness of all the staff. In particular, Ayu. She always made sure I felt as comfortable and at ease as possible. She made me feel at home after a year away from my country. In fact, I got sick three days after arriving in Bali and she was always looking after me at all times. If you are interested in an excursion or a show, she will organise everything for you. She invited me to a Balinese ceremony and it was one of the best experiences of my life. I will definitely come back to Ubud and I will definitely come back to Ayu's place
