- Could not ask for more gracious hosts. They were so hospitable. If you have the opportunity to have dinner there we would highly recommend it!
- From the moment we arrived, the host and his wife made sure that we were looked after to the fullest extent. They took our bags to our room, prepared a beautiful welcome decoration on the bed in the shape of an elephant and gave us plenty of thoughtful recommendations for activities - including useful advice about going out at night due to the presence of wild elephants in the area. They made us a delicious, filling breakfast every morning and the host even set up a private romantic dinner on the rooftop. We had all of our taxi transfers arranged smoothly for a reasonable price, and the host checked that we were okay when we arrived at our next destination safely! Everything was clean and modern, and we could not have asked for more. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Sigiriya, and feel like our experience would have been nowhere near as amazing without their care and hospitality.
