- Coconut Grove was clean and tidy and the owners were lovely and helpful, great communication throughout, thank you!
- The room was large and comfortable and Rinci was very friendly and helpful.
- We had a very comfortable stay. Spacious real clean rooms with hot shower. Everything was spotless. Proper mosquito nets. The owners were friendly and cooperative. The location is also within old Fort Kochi in a narrow beautiful lane.

- It was a bit hot and humid in the evenings even with a fan switched on. Night time some really noisy birds.
