- Good location. They offered bikes to cycle for free and the old quarter was only a few minutes down the road. Nam was absolutely fantastic and gave lots of amazing recommendations. He was so helpful and friendly.
- One of the best hotels Ive been staying at! Clean and nice rooms with the softest bed. The breakfast was super nice and you could borrow bikes for free. The staff were incredible, super helpful and accommodating. We like them all but especially Nam that helped us with all kind of things. Planning and booking trips, drove me to the pharmacy to buy medicine, gave us recommendations and helped us with all our questions. We were so satisfied that we added to extra nights. Without a doubt the best hotel staff I have ever met!
- Good hotel with nice rooms and good breakfast. The best thing about this hotel is the incredible service we received by 'Nam'. Not only great food recommendations, but Nam helps with booking taxi's, easy riders and tours. Even after checking out we can still contact him to help with tours in a different area in Vietnam. Unmatched service, simply amazing!
Cons -
- I dont really have anything negative to say about this hotel. It is a bit further from the city center/old town but its nice if you want to stay in a bit calmer area and we still walked in to the city every night without any problems.
