- The staff were fabulous at the hotel. Linda and Kevin were so helpful, friendly and kind. They warmly greeted us, gave us great recommendations and booked some day tours for us. They really deserve special mention! Linda even made my husband ginseng tea and ordered me a banh mi and delivered it personally to our room. My husband wasn't feeling well when we arrived and she so kindly gave us personal attention. The pool area is quite pretty but we were unable to use due to the rainy weather. Perhaps some hedges or trees at the front of the hotel could buffer some of the noise from the roads out front as the hotel is at a fairly noisy location. The breakfast was great and had a lot of choices. The price of the hotel was excellent and they did their best to give us a quiet room which looked out on to the pool. The staff is really the highlight of the hotel. I give the staff a 10/10 but the actual hotel 8/10.
- The welcoming was just perfect and the location is good as we could walk to the old town and conveniences. The staff is smiling and helpful and gave us many tips for our trip. Thanks a lot to kevin and other staff.
Cons -
- I think the only thing to improve is the isolation of the windows it is pretty loud sometimes :) Which is not your fault, but some stores play really loud music.
- The bathroom vented to the hallway which was a bit odd. It took away some privacy as sound travelled through there to and from the hallway. The building itself is uniquely designed from the outside but needs a few updates.
- Little noisy from the corridor from people chating at 8am but nothing dramatic
