- Large clean room, lovely covered sitting area with fridge freezer, next to clean swimming pool. In a quiet area surrounded by vegetable gardens. Kind hostess - cant believe shes 64! 20 minute walk to beach, 40 minutes walk to old town.
- The villa is next to the agricultural/farming fields, quiet area, little shop on the corner to get water and snacks, cafes and restaurants up and down the street. The room is basic, bed and bathroom, aircon and small fridge. Was clean and tidy, great value for money, we stayed a week, the pool and out door area was lovely, and the gardens, there was chickens. The host was great.
- Amazing place in the most quiet area of Hoi An! The pool is great, clean and will be in the shade in the late afternoon. Bikes could be rented straight from the villa to easily reach the beach or the town. I would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Hoi An
