Cons -
- We had booked two rooms for one day. Since our flight landed early, we headed straight to the hotel. Although we arrived before the official check-in time, it took a lot of convincing to get even one room. After multiple requests, they finally gave us one room. We made the payment and checked in around 10:30 AM, only to check out again at 11:00 AM. The pictures shown online are misleading the reality is very different. The entire place smelled of cigarettes, the beds were unclean, the washrooms were terrible, and there were no lifts. Having travelled to 66 countries and almost 25 states in India, I can confidently say this was the worst hotel Ive ever booked. I'm surprised its even listed on Booking.com!
