Bookings cannot be rescheduled, transferred or cancelled. Any modification to the booking shall not be permitted. br/ Guests are not allowed to smoke or consume alcohol, banned substance (Drugs) or gambling. If the guest is found in possession or consumption as above, strict action will be taken as per law. br/ If proof of identification is not presented at check in, no refund will be processed if hotel denies accommodation. Please take care of your belongings. The Management will not be responsible for any loss. br/ Original physical ID cards or ID cards on Digi Locker compulsory at the time of check in. No admission to property without government issued valid photo cards such as Aadhar cards, passport, driving license, voting card. br/ The management reserves the right to charge you for any damage or loss caused to the property. Please do not spit and litter on bedsheet, comforters or blankets. If found in such action, the guest will have to bear the expenses. br/ The Management reserves the right to check your luggage. Guests' cooperation is needed, in case the need arises. This is for the well-being and safety of all the guests. br/ Unmarried or unrelated couples will not be allowed to check-in. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable. br/ Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
