Lemon Tree Hotel Baddi

Location was good

Breakfast was average and front desk staff was too slow in check in and check out both. Spa was worse, shouldn’t try even.

I stayed here for the second time. Like my previous review, I would again say the staff/food/room were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Nothing major that I could think of. May be the condition of bathroom can be improved a bit.

Courteous staff.Clean rooms, inspite of the dusty road work going on.

Hot water controls are not working.

Rooms were very clean and fresh. Bed was very comfortable. Mohit was very supportive exceeding expectations. There was a wide variety of breakfast, service was quick. Overall value for money.

On 3rd floor there was foul smell continuously. It didn’t bothered me but still this is something that could be improved.

Location is good if your work is in Baddi or nearby area saving plenty of time if you decide to stay in Chandigarh. Staff were very helpful and always smiling. I was even offered a change of my room to have a better view. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Some rooms are facing the backside of the hotel looking at some manufacturing facilities with disappointing view. Also, rooms were fully charged even before check-in which was very surprising for me.

Location

Hot and cold water switching facility is horrible. It was especially more painful during winter. Bathroom was not very clean too. Staff was not prompt.

Breakfast

I made a reservation for 2 nights at this hotel and paid for both nights. But one day later, I had to check-out out due to reasons beyond my control. They did not refund my remaining night. There is no such thing as customer satisfaction in this hotel. Everything is money oriented. But there is something they don't know. While they thought they were making an extra night's money from me, they actually lost a lot more. Because of the business we have started in this region, my team and I will often stay in this area, but we will never set foot in this hotel again.

The hotel is small but beautiful, clean and modern. I liked my stay there. The food was tasty in the restaurant and also in the room service. Good staff will visit again.

Food quantity and quality was very poor when ordered in room dining. The price is extremely high, probably they are taking benefit of monopoly as there are no restaurants etc around the hotel.

- Elevator stop - WiFi weak and stop - breakfast was not suitable for foreign people - Dishes,spoons,forks and knives in restaurants were not cleaned properly.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were all excellent. Staff member Ms. Pooja was outstanding in her attentiveness...she was absolutely spot-on always.There is definitely a nice coziness factor to this hotel. Will certainly stay here again when I come again.

The bathrooms could definitely do with some perking up.The intercom phone in the room needs to be changed.Else, everything was in place and good!

The location in Baddi is ideal for my work trip. The rooms are very big and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are excellent and especially all the staff are fantastic. I would especially like to say thanks to Pooja for her excellent service at the restaurant during breakfasts and dinners!

Mostly younger staff, therefore not very experienced or polished.The front office assistant manager Mohit lacked empathy and genuine customer service and needs some training in providing a great experience to their guests.

The staff, particularly in the dinning area were extremely polite, friendly and caring. However the rest were not so.

Room wasn't clean as per standards. there were no toiletries, other than soap, in the toilet. Bathroom wasn't clean. Room had tiles instead of carpet or wooden flooring which wasn't a good feeling. wardrobe was also not as per expectation. Number of TV Channels available was limited. In fact only free to air were available.

Children's park. Chinese (veg) food was very nice. Staff at the breakfast buffet was very sweet.

Room floor was super dirty. We had to get the floor mopped twice and still it was dirty. Toilet paper was of very a poor quality. None of the good channels were subscribed. No options for kids meals even though we mentioned at the time of booking that a 1 year old was travelling with us.

Very good food... Black coffee was difficult to get ☺ my credit card was not working in this area(Baddi) and the Lemontree Hotel had payed the drivers and all other things I need without any problems. On the account of my corporation... This was exceptional nice... A big thanks to the personal of this hotel ?

Black coffee for European people should be available?
