This modern beachside property features a large outdoor pool set in tropical landscapes. It offers spacious rooms that open out to a private balcony, fitness facilities and 6 dining options. Featuring a comfy lounge area with a sofa, the air-conditioned rooms are provided with a flat-screen satellite TV, a mini-bar and tea/coffee maker. Well-appointed bathrooms have a hairdryer and toiletries. Sand & Sandals Desaru Beach Resort & Spa is within a 30-minute drive from the crocodile and fruit farms. It is a 45-minute drive from Senai Airport and a 1.5-hour drive from Johor Bahru. Guests can enjoy an active game of tennis or relax with a traditional spa massage. Other leisure amenities include a games room, water sports facilities and a children’s playground. The in-house restaurant serves up Thai cuisine and other Asian delights, as well as modern Western fare, while Safari Bar offers a selection of refreshing beverages by the pool.

- Everything is ok ,buy facility got little bit old for indoor game due to no air-conditioning and also coin need change but Pic not in. I see from Xhs they don't have extra charge for kids,but I get charges for Rm101 plus so I'm feel so unhappy for this. My kids is 7 and 11 years old ,so 11 charges is reasonable but the 7 year old also need charge Actually I need to exit from restaurants since got charge but my kids also go to take so I force to pay this Rm101. All the whole so many beach resort I also go but they also didn't ,but this need charge so I think is no fair. Due to the Pic also say that can complain here.So I informed here. And also the beach and swimming close on 7pm. I reach there alr 7pm due to jams at tangkak,so first night totally can't use facility.
Cons -
- The office hours can extend to at least 8pm.And my I ask beach don't have any activity is very boring we as a customer.I go few beach also got activity.
