• It's good , staff is very good and place is clean. But there are no TV, Hot water , good wifi and extra power supply when power cut. Place is very calm. The booking.com showed room rate and location actual charge was different.
• Nothing to like . Unacceptable Behavior, Mismanagement, and Unethical Practices This Hotel Should Be Blacklisted
• It's a lovely place, tucked away in the nature of Ridigama. We had a room in a cabin which was spacious and clean. Because it's very reclusive there are no restaurants in the immediate area but the food at the estate was great. Go here to relax, drink in the surroundings, have a swim. Would recommend!

• I recently made a booking for Raddegoda Walawwa through Booking.com and received a confirmation from the hotel. However, shortly after, the hotel manager contacted me to inform me that the rooms I had reserved were given to a group of gate-crashing guests. Given that the rate I booked through Booking.com was very low, I strongly believe that the hotel management decided to prioritize a higher-paying group over my reservation and gave my rooms to them. This unethical decision left me without accommodation, and I had to deal with the hotels mistake. When I attempted to cancel the booking, I was told by Booking.com that I would still be required to pay the full amount, despite the hotels error. Manager promised to assist with the cancellation charges and refund the cost , then I request the contact number of the hotel owner. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I contacted a person named Chumley, who introduced himself as the owner of the hotel. However, what followed was completely unacceptable. During our conversation, he insulted me using obscene and derogatory language, referring to me as "Pakaya" (a vulgar term meaning "fucker"). This behavior was not only unprofessional but deeply disrespectful, especially considering that the hotels negligence led to this entire situation. The fact that the hotel gave my booked rooms to another group for a higher price, rather than honoring my reservation, is both unethical and dishonest. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism from the hotel management. Whats even more appalling is that, as the customer, I was subjected to abuse and insults from the hotels owner when I tried to address the issue. Given the hotel's gross mismanagement, poor customer service, and the outright disrespect shown by the owner, I strongly believe that Raddegoda Walawwa should be blacklisted by Booking.com.
• It seems that they don't have a no party policy. So two days in a row people just came for party, blasting music. I understand because it's the perfect place for it however when you're the other guests and have to get up early it's not great.
