- The lobby is at the 22nd floor and we couldn’t go to other floors to visit our family members unless I have the designated key card. But perhaps, it’s for security purposes.
- What we dont like?The staff seemed not to know about the “tax free” for foreigners, we were not able to refund the tax because the receipt they gave us have no QR code. The timing of the pool, it should close at a later time specially on summer, it closes at 6pm when the sun is still up and very bright and that time should be the best time to swim.

The property is very clean, nice and spacious and worth the money. The metro station Geumjeung line 1 and 4 is located just 10 mins away and connects to all major stations. There are plenty of pubs, food joints, groceries and 7-11’s around here. Hotel rooms has great views of the town.
Just that this hotel is far away from the town and would take easily around an hour by metro to reach any of the site seeing spots and shopping hubs.
Perfect location near Subway/Train Cross station. Incredible clear, smart operated room, nice swimming pool on rooftop and friendly stuff with own strict rules

The lobby coffee mechine only 14-22. Not quite good for check out customer.
The breakfast layout was amazing. Great food. The room was always cozy.
Hotels are always stingy about in room coffee amenities.
Literally everything was perfect. Facilities and Staff was super nice.
The breakfast food variety was good, but it was cold many times
If the food was warm when we got it, it would’ve been great
