- The service was very immaculate. The people were very nice very accommodating. The food at the top floor was magnificent. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Labuan.

Cons -
- The only thing about the hotel is that you need to make sure that you are not too early because I had but the hotel was still hold your items and protect your items and then you if you?re looking to rest as soon as you get off the plane, get there 2pm
- I did not like plastic cover on bathroom floor as it is not suitable for seniors to step on which is hard and rough. It is also slippery when the floor is wet.

I like best as I mentioned in my rating as above.
I did not like plastic cover on bathroom floor as it is not suitable for seniors to step on which is hard and rough. It is also slippery when the floor is wet.
