Pros +

Clean hotel with good aircon. Pool could use a clean as couldnt see the bottom! Except that staff and location all good.
Any request was fulfilled, all questions answered is short time ! They are really after your comfort, early check in , late check out, complimentary rich breakfast, no words for the kindness of the staffs! Place is new, clean, close to temples, next door a nice street full of restaurants and shops , services! @bike rental is possible even by hourly!

Cons -

The bathroom : some basin smell occasionally, and becomes a swimming pool after shower ( which is nothing unique in Myanmar) but it was newly equipped and clean!
