- The location. Many eating place. Easy access to get the Trans Batam to go to the airport or Jodoh/Nagoya/Batam Center.
Cons -
- Water heater not warm enough. Cable tv channels not many choices. Toilet glass door cracked need to be fix! Stale room and poor lightings.
