- The staff at the hotel was courteous and helpful.
- One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of the ocean from my room. Waking up to the sight of the waves stretching out to the horizon was incredibly peaceful and added a sense of relaxation to my entire experience.
- the room was well-appointed; it had nice furniture, & beautiful, clean new carpet. The room provided excellent bathroom products, shampoo and lotion, and extras like slippers, a loofah , & bath salts & Nespresso machine. Oh and the gym was top-notch!

- The shower door didn?t close fully, leaking water onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, one of the room lights was flickering, which was distracting. Lastly, I noticed long black hairs on the bathroom floor and questioned cleanliness.
- When the staff spoke English, they spoke VERY quietly - too quietly to even understand. Also, the mattress was TOO firm, not comfortable enough for a five-star experience.
