Great location, easy check-in and friendly staff

Location was so good that I could visit famous tourist places on foot easily. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful all the time.

The room was not provided with a humidifier. They say "Wifi Free"in the hotel, however, I found out that Wifi-router was not installed each floor so I had to move to the 8th floor from the top floor for better Wifi connection.

This hotel is convenient. Located close to Omicho Market and Kanazawa Castle park, main sights are easy to explore on foot. There are also some nice bars and restaurants in the area.The room is small but covers all the basics. No frills but good value for money.

Staff was amazing and friendly, (could also speak English ) room was clean and they took care of things needed in the room for me, access to locations was good especially with the castle nearby.

Not much, most things were just as needed for stay.

Air-con is not Available on our time, room temperature is hot.. even if it is udjusted at 16°C low. We suffered like a summer .

I really enjoyed the room and the staff were kind in offering me several complementary water bottles. It was a very clean and comfortable stay. The hotel seemed very new. Great value!

This hotel is just steps from Kanazawa Castle and offers a comfortable stay at a very cheap price.

The laundry facility is woefully inadequate. There are only two rooms for the entire hotel; the machines are locked by PIN. As a result, if someone abandons their laundry, there is no way to remove it so you can use the machine.

I was honestly blown away at the quality of the hotel considering how inexpensive it was. The place was exceptionally clean, everything felt brand new, the in-room amenities were generous (definitely did not feel standard), and the location was perfect (not too far from anything in particular, as long as you don't mind walking for 10-20 minutes to some places).

I have nothing negative to say. I didn't try their breakfast though, so I can't comment on that.

Room is a good value considering its location near Omicho Market. There's an Italian restaurant below that's kid-friendly.

There's no parking, so you'll have to find street parking which might be a little tough since it's right next to a busy road /traffic.

Very nice hotel. I only planned one night but decided to stay another.

A microwave in the vending room would be nice.
