Check-in: 14:00 to 20:00. Check-out: 07:00 to 11:00. We do not make check-ins after the established time. In the case of studios, apartments, villas and suites rentals, the property will ask for your credit card or debit card as form of guarantee for which a blank voucher will be created along with an inventory of the articles found within the booked room. At check-out, this voucher will be returned to you once a verification of incidentals has been made. Once the check in is done, the hotel stay is NOT transferable, the guests who checked in must be the same throughout the stay until the time of check out.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 100.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
