- El servicio que brindan los chicos
- Nothing, since the hotel has nothing to offer, it's pathetic. I had to go out to the avenues to eat since there was a line for everything.
Cons -
- I didn't like the rooms, most of them smell like mold, eating is chaotic, since there is only one buffet restaurant, because the one at the other end lacks employees, it can't be called a buffet, I couldn't dine in an � la carte restaurant.
- We had issues with our bathroom drain not working, we dined at one of the restaurants and had the worse service, the pool was dirty filled with th trash and there were wet floors for several hours the staff never cleaned it.
