- Overpriced room Odor was terrible
- The bed was too firm for my Sweetheart and me. It hurt our necks and interrupted our sleep. We are spoiled by the cuddle embrace of our high quality memory foam mattresses at home.
- The phone didn't work couldn't order room service ....the refrigerator didn't work.....the app on the phone didn't work all the restaurants stayed booked only could eat the buffet which got me sick
