- Clean and nice staff

- There were only a few good things: - The room was very spacious - however, this actually ended up being a bad thing, because it took forever to cool the room down, and I had to blast the aircon all night just to not sweat. - There was a hot water kettle in the room which was nice

- Location is a bit difficult to find and lighting at entrance way is need to improve

- There was SO MUCH wrong: - The aircon was EXTREMELY LOUD and I didn't get any sleep because of how noisy it was. Truly terrible. - The lighting in the room was AWFUL. All the lightbulbs were those horrible blue/cool lights, and I actually felt nauseous after a while. There was only 1 good light, and it was outside on the balcony. - There were side lamps on either side of the bed, but they were BROKEN. - There were about 10 outlets in the room, and only TWO of them worked. Most of them were broken, including the ones near the bed. (unfortunately, one of the main reasons I booked this room was for the outlets and the side tables near the bed but none of these things worked). Also, the TV and the Fridge could not be plugged in at the same time. - The location is bad. There was not a single restaurant or shop that I could find within walking distance of this hotel. Yes, it was close to the airport, but I had to order Grab food delivery in order to eat dinner. - The front door doesn't even work! In the morning when I tried to leave to get in my taxi, the staff couldn't even get the door to open! The driver had to pull around to the other side of the building just so I could get outside. Also, when I arrived at the front door to check in, it was locked and I couldn't get in, and it took me 10 minutes to figure out how to get into the building. Plus all the lights were off and it looked like a shut down hotel. Very unsatisfying. - The elevator looked like it was about to breakdown any minute. - The room was so big, that it took ages for it to cool down, and then I had to keep the noisy aircon on all night long just to keep it a comfortable temperature. I did not get a good night's sleep. - There are signs all over the room with the Wifi info - but the information is all wrong! This needs to be updated. I had to go back down to the lobby and wait for 15 minutes just to get the wifi password. It was just bad. I do not recommend.
