- Excellent customer service. Staff's attitude was always pleasant and willing to serve. I very much appreciated the spa facilities.
Cons -
- Pool water may have been a bit cleaner (i.e., transparent). The sliding doors in my balcony didn't close well, and although they were serviced, every time I opened them there remained a considerable gap that precluded full closure.

Pool water may have been a bit cleaner (i.e., transparent). The sliding doors in my balcony didn't close well, and although they were serviced, every time I opened them there remained a considerable gap that precluded full closure.
