Staff were nice and place clean

Not a nice hotel but it worked for a visit to see a friend

For that price nothing to mention specially

The room stank, no glass or cutlery in the room, no bin in the room

Easy check in, support from staff to use public transport. Quiet place. Was able to open a window in the room

A bit too far from things and expensive taxi’s into Gelsenkirchen

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Free parking, and WIFI which worked fine.

The vending machine does not take card or notes. The staff kindly opened the machine to remove items for me to pay at reception, however the reception is not 24 hour, so this is something to note if you arrive with self check in after the reception is closed.

Location close to town centre,and motorway/autobahn.

Noise level,slamming doors,chatting and smoking just under our window with cigarette smoke drifting in the window,pillows were useless,the shower door restricted opening,the shower floor slippy.then to be accused of leaving the property without paying,when it could have or should have been dealt with at check-in?but seemed to be more interested in the fact we were too early for check-in,had ample opportunity while we were there to ask about settlement?for the extra day?

We arrived a bit too late and couldn't check in because the check in machine wasn't working and the staff helped us with a phone call within minutes to check in.

Location is good, easy to reach from the highway. Easy self check in, no need to wait for the reception. The room are good enough, clean and provide the basic things you need.

The bed are pretty small especially the twin room, tiny single beds.

Room was stinking from cigarette smoke.Very noisy.Some staff was very unfriendly.Rooms due for renovation.

I told to staff about my arrival but i did not get my code and room number till i contacted booking.com after 1.5 hrs waiting outside in night at 12 o clock.

Very noisy, doors slamming all night, you cannot sleep.The air conditioning was also noisy

The walls are not very thick it was really loud on the floor and the other rooms

It was clean, tidy & compact.

No free tea or coffee. The vending machine was poor quality & over priced.

The air conditioning was nice. The Mc Donald's next door was handy.

Really close to the autobahn, when the ambulance or firefighters go by it is loud. You might want to bring your ear plugs.

Cleaning ladies

It was very disturbing early in the morning when the cleaning ladies were talking and shouting loudly right in front of my room. I couldn’t sleep at all. This should not happen!
