Our boats are available around the clock, enabling us to arrange transfers for you at your preferred time. brThe boat schedule is specifically applicable when you are a resident guest and plan to explore the surroundings during your stay. Whenever you require boat transfers within the outlined schedule, these transfers are provided free of charge. However, for transfers that fall outside of the outlined schedule, there is a fee for unscheduled trips. brHere's the boat schedule for your reference: br• A boat will depart from Azerai Can Tho to the Arrival Pavilion every hour at the o'clock hour (e.g., at 01:00, 02:00, 3:00). br• Additionally, every half-hour following the above schedule, a boat will depart from the Arrival Pavilion to Azerai Can Tho (e.g., at 01:30, 02:30, 03:30). br• For any unscheduled trips, there will be a charge of VND 95,000 net per ticket for a round trip or a Day Pass Ticket at VND 195,000 net per ticket per day, which allows for multiple uses by the guest. We're pleased to mention that this fee is waived for children under 12 years old. - The Staff were far beyond what any staff I have ever had at a hotel, the whole team were exceptional, pool bar staff and Hue, dining staff amazing. The food was excellent and staff would assist with any request. There was not one thing that wasnt of high standard. Room cleaners were exceptional, eye to detail. Our room was the best position, as we could watch the boats going up the Mekong river from our bed. Beautiful views. Wynn who was our floating markets tour guide on the Legacy wooden boat was an exceptional, warm, friendly and informative guide, the best ever. One of the best places to stay in the area, beautiful private bungalow spacious rooms.

- The pool could have some cold water added, a little warm especially in the afternoon.
