Hotel Moerser Hof

Generally I enjoyed my clean room and breakfast.

I think that the coffee machine needs a closer attention as coffee doesn't taste coffee. The coffee was so watery that no-one would drink it. In Germany it is unusual to drink bad coffee. After breakfast I had to stop at nearest petrol station and have a good coffee.

Good price and quality ratio. Clean hotel and rooms. Peace of mind at night Comfy bed. Excellent breakfast.

Location is perfect near the highway good breakfast

No airco/ sound from outside is noisy/ the things for close the windows is not good closed and to mutch light in the room

Super comfortable bed and pillows. Room and bathroom very clean. Complementary mineral water-thanku. Car park available. Tasty generous breakfast. Fridge in a room available. Good size room.

TV out of order. No air conditioning in a room so very warm inside. Bit noisy from the street when window open but not a big concern for us. No kettle available.

Location was great for the wedding I was there to attend.

No air conditioning in the room, so it was quite warm in July.

just clean and tidy, easy to find and park

all was good

nice staff, good parking and free, bar in the reception, clean

nothing that i didnt like.

Not much really, the staff was friendly.

The room I was given looked nothing like the photos when I was booking. The furniture was old and damaged, the carpet dirty, the room did not smell very nice, everything was in a 1980s standard, extension leads (dirty and sticky everywhere - even on the freakfast buffet) were everywhere, the bathroom was an old plastic "container" in the room, you could hear everything that was going on in the rooms and hallways around you. no fruit or whole meal rolls for breakfast - just very basic. Night was not very relaxing and was more than happy to check out as soon as I could.

The young lady at check in was very welcoming and friendly. The room was a decent size and the compliment bottle of water was greatly appreciated.

The young lady checking us out was apathetic, unfriendly, seemingly incapable of smiling, and felt it more important to check the messages on her phone than attend to her customers. Totally lacking in professionalism or customer service.

firepit on the outside and car parking place

breakfast was too weak

Toilet is very cramped up. Could have been a little spaced out extra. Some heaters weren't functioning.

It was good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff at reception.

Amazing food

Parking lot, no escalator

Big fart

Well. What Can you say about hotel , when you receive a key to your room and you will open door of your room, you can smell of big fart in your room. Bed is really uncomfortable because is big hole in the middle of bed. Rest of my opinion add yourself
