Very expensive. The hotel is nice, but not $400 per night nice. For that price, I would expect a luxury hotel which this is not.

The poolside King room with balcony access was an enjoyable experience for our 5th wedding anniversary. The room was very clean and decently sized for just the two of us. The rain shower and handheld shower head was powerful and the water was HOT! Room service never disturbed us and we always came back to a clean room!

When we arrived on a Tuesday, we had dinner reservations at Alba (the onsite restaurant). They were understaffed so we had to go out that night. We did catch them the following night and the food was AMAZING so that made up for the night before.

Front desk staff gave us a different room category. Few mins later, when we went back to the front desk (because they didn’t pick our call up), there was another staff member who assigned us the correct room category (The first staff member told us that they didn’t have our room category which was obviously a lie as we were later allocated the correct room category).No sanitizers anywhere when the front desk staff was coughing while handing us the room cards.Room was very musty when we entered and humidity was 80%. There were no shelves or shampoo, soap holders in the shower.My friend forgot the toothpaste and asked if they have any, but they said they don’t have it and she could buy from the pharmacy outside. It was not an issue for us but you expect such small toiletries to be available (and even available to purchase, if not free) for such an hotel chain, especially when they charge CAD $500 for a night on a Sunday night in February! (Not a cruise embarkation/disembarkation day)
