- From the security, to front desk, to all staff and the amazing chefs this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The appropriate plastic reduction through water refills to the ambiance of the 1st floor patio and bar, this is a world class resort!

Everything was great food, staffing, housekeeping was on point. My pick for the best customer service was  (reception). always clean (uniform) and he is very professional. Always ready to help guest even if their request was not related to his dpmt.
Evening guy at the bar is extremely rude and disrespectful without any provocation. He yank money out of my hands when I was making payment. He gets irritated when you ask him a question /make enquiries. Because of him I canceled all hang outs at the bar.
