Lovely hotel , very friendly staff, lovely room, most comfortable bed

The shower tap was a hard to get to right spot for hot water

Everything the location the rooms all perfectly clean with the amazing staff at the counter that greets you with warmth smile . The customer service was great..

Couldn't connect internet .Shower rose didn't allow even flow on one side.? Damaged.Water leaked out under frame ..slippery floor.

Nowhere near as nice as the photos would suggest. Noticeable as soon as you walk in, lobby photos must have been taken years ago. Very rundown. Room was advertised as “internal” room, meaning no window, which I expected. However, because it was 45 degrees outside, I needed the AC on all night. The unit was super loud and rattled terribly the whole night. Additionally, hot water didn’t work at all the first night (assume it was all used up) so had a cold shower after an 8 hour drive. Will never stay again.

The staff were friendly, it was a convenient spot close to places for dinner.

The mattress wasn’t ver comfortable.

The water smelled and tasted funny. The undercover carpark was hard to navigate with a larger car.

Could not use the Chairs and table in the balcony as it was too dusty Bare minimum supplies in the kitchenette comparable to other accomodations we used in our road trip this time,also comparable to the price paid .Also a note in the kitchen displayed asking the guests to leave it clean alongwith rubbish removal was quite distressing.Maybe the host had bad experiences from some guests

The bathroom door didn’t lock/close, the maintenance should be done more often but being that was amazing and would stay again

Got a spa suite. The spa didn't work. The place needs a bit work and upgrades. Not the most modern place.

Exterior appearance was deceiving. Far better inside than the external facade indicated.

Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious and very clean, had all the simple things you'd need for a short stay.

Only thing was that our shower made a lot of noise when it was on, that could be heard throughout the room. Very minor inconvenience.

It was just a room and appeared offer nothing more than that. Good location to walk to resturants. Don't be fooled by the pool / spa / gym as it appear to be quite eerie, low roof and creapy location.Alright location for a tradie to stay but maybe not a family

The room was very small no windows a very dirty sky light dirty shower. Shower head didn't work. I would not recommend this property to any.

Location was great and the shower was amazing

The fact there were no windows except the skylight was extremely odd. Mum said the bed wasn't very comfortable either but maybe mum just likes her own bed.
