Quiet with comfortable beds

Parking difficult and no microwave in room

Door to room was very heavy, creaky and caught on floor when opening and closing so it caused a little noise. This is an older facility a bit dated but given price adequate for a night.

Loved the Air Conditioner!! It was 45 degrees the day we were there. The room was lovely & cool when we arrived, which i was most thankful for. Reception staff were friendly. Pointed out that the on-site Restaurant was open for dinner later on. The Motel pool was very clean and the water inviting. Very comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower.Good sized television.

No cold water in the fridge for guests - apart from what you had to pay for. For a very basic Motel room, it was very pricey - the most i have paid anywhere really. Not value for money.Reception never explained anything about the Town (City), where anything was etc. I live locally so knew my way around, but would be hard for traveller to experience everything on offer. As nice as the pool was the pool grounds could do with a re-vamp, very tired looking and i had to sit on the ground.

A small room but sufficient for parents and adult child that were mostly out and about. The room was clean, air conditioned, and had all the usual things. Beds and pillows were comfortable. While we didn’t use it, the pool is a big plus and we were sorry not to have the opportunity (it’s open until dark in summer). McDonalds is across the road and Woolies and Coles are close by.

Bathroom was small. Genuinely only one person at a time. Take not the office shuts at 7pm, so aim to get there before then.

Clean, tidy, good value for money

Carpark was very tight

Stayed a few times here as close to main street. nothing fancy ,but clean and ok.. great block out curtains

cleaners were having a chat across rooms to each other quite loudly and was quite early,, not everyone gets up early.. was very annoying..

It was a budget motel and so had the usual issues. Thin walls, water in the fridge cost money, no wifi instructions.

Staff where polite and professional. For the price the location and facilities were decent. I would consider staying there again. The bath was wide enough for broad shoulders, and a decent depth and length. I'd recommend bringing your favourite bath treats and a travel candle or choice of mood lighting. Play some relaxing music and make the most of it.The black out curtains did an excellent job. A little light got though, under the door...but otherwise it was well set up. Air conditioning worked well, during heatwave. I especially appreciated that it had been turned on, ahead of my arrival. Set to 17 degrees! It was very welcome after walking from the train station with luggage in 40 + degree heat. I set it to 22 overnight and found it comfortable and not noisy. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a little outdated, but in good working order. (Except for the 'spa' bathtub, it functioned well as a bathtub, just not as a spa.)I asked for a few extra tea and coffee items etc on day two as I had the do not disturb sign up when housekeeping was around...staff at reception were lovely and supplied without hesitation. The location was convenient. Noise was minimal considering location, I was pleasantly surprised.

A chux and butter knife would have been appreciated. Kettle and toaster where in room. Cups, glasses, teaspoons, tea towel were provided. I understand a microwave could be requested, I didn't ask. Some zip lock bags would be a cheap, useful addition if looking for ideas. (Handy for leftovers etc)No fan in the bathroom. Slight signs of surface mould.

Shower taps very bad. One turn tap one 1/4 turn. got slight burn trying to ajust.No shower curtin

The room was filthy, from the walls, lounge to the carpet. The was nothing we could touch that didn't need a clean but the greasy filth above the bed, made it most uncomfortable. To think we had to sleep under it.

The Econo Lodge Griffith Motor Inn is a basic, older motel, but it’s very functional and well-located for a quick stopover. While the amenities are dated, the rooms are kept clean and provide all the essential necessities. The staff were friendly and it offers good value for money if you’re looking for a simple, reliable place to stay while passing through town.

The property is well located on the town’s main street and offers parking on site. The room was of a reasonable size, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The appliances and furniture felt outdated, the towels provided were insufficient, and the room had an internal connecting door to another room (although it was locked), I had not expected this. The electric kettle had a rusty coil inside.

It was comfy and very close to everything

Only thing no microwave which was a let down as having a baby for the bottles etc

There was not microwave and no plates or cutlery (their a toster)

It was to noisy on our first night, where the music next room went on till after 1am & couldn’t go to sleep

A bit cramped, should have only been 1 bed in room not two. Tea, coffee facilities need a light above.Good for overnight, probs need bigger for longer stay.
