- Location was great! A short walk to the beach and into town:) the cottage was so cosy, clean and tastefully decorated and all the facilities we needed for a long weekend!
- Perfect location! So close to the Busselton jetty. Easy drive to interesting places.
- The cottage was nicely decorated
Cons -
- Everything was excellent!
- The check in process was a big hassle. Requests for submitting additional deposits, suggestion to download another app, requests to send credit cards via email. Messages via whatsapp that weren't responded to. Had to go and show my ID at a random location so they could take a copy of my credit card. Got a bunch of messages (emails and texts) on the second night of the two night stay telling us to take out the bins (containing rubbish of guests over the prior week). Instructions on the wall, and in a book. It made the stay feel stressful
