The speciousness of our rooms and the beautiful master bedroom

The rooms were too dark to read inside and even too dark in the bedroom to apply makeup.

Host was very helpful, as the accommodation originally booked had to be altered.Very close to York township, which was old but well maintained by the people of York. Was a shame it was only an overnight stay.Restaurant/pub recommended was very nice to eat at.

Was near the main road and you could hear the larger trucks in the early morning.

It is not too bad with the location to the centre

It’s too pricey for what it was. We were expecting a private balcony as what it’s advertised.

Didn't have breakfast.

The air conditioning kept turning itself off after a couple hours. Kept waking up due to being hot and had to turn it back on . Bed was also hard.

Nice single villa type of accom, Free parking. Family room is huge with full kitchen. Beds are comfy. Within walking distance to York.

On main road and cross road. Trucks pass thru in early mornings. All road noise is heard.

Very friendly, clean and comfortable with a beautiful garden. Within walking distance to town.

We had to ask for another knife and fork, only one set in the room and there was two of us, and found it wasn't very saisfactory using the shower as we had certain times to follow to have a hot shower.

A comfortable walk to nearest part of town.

Heavy trucks rumble past at all hours including on Sunday.Hot water availability was early morning and then early evening.

Well kept property.

Management way too serious, issues with WIFI which the staff were too quick to dismiss as a telstra tower issue, rather than provide assistance. The issue was just getting the password spelt correctly.

Central location to all amenities. Located on the highway. Easily sign posted. Visible signs to see even if you arrive after hours

There was a bit of dust on the headboard in one of the rooms. The microwave needs updating.

Pleasant accommodation which was comfortable and very clean.

Despite the description of the property contained in the advertising material NO FREE BREAKFAST was available. In fact no meals at all are available for guests.The other thing we did not like is the fact that hot water is only available during 5.30am to 9.30am and again between 4.00pm and 8.30pm. This is really not acceptable should you want a sleep-in or go out in the evening and want a shower before retiring to bed. The reason given was COVID!!

to be told if we sat on or put case on single bed we would incur a $30 extra charge was ridiculous but not as bad as being told we had to book out 28 minutes early because we arrived 28 minutes early. UNBELIEVABLE.

Parking ok and gardens out the back were nice

The price was a little high for what we got. Also we we not impressed that the heater was on a timer, switched off every 3 hours woke up cold and had to turn it back on .The shower is also on a timer no hot water aftet 8.30pm.

The staff were abusive for no reason and lodged a harassment report. Still not refunded. Awaiting legal action.

Dated and Overpriced at $350 for two nights there was a single extra bed ? in room not by choice and we were charged an extra 30$ per night for using it the same even if you place your bag on it WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!I Would suggest staying elsewhere in York

Perfect location, although we didn't have meals provided, so I can't comment on meals. Beds were comfy. Nice, but small kitchen area. Gardens are very well maintained. The motel is in a quiet area and I couldn't hear any road traffic. The actual buildings looked well maintained from the outside as well.

I booked a 2-bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom. I got a 1 bedroom with extra beds in the living area, the bathroom wasn't shared unless it's shared with those staying in the apartment. The apartment was a big disappointment. Don't mind paying the money for the room if I get what was advertised.The overall cleanliness of the apartment wasn't great. Inside the microwave, under the tray was filthy, I picked up the breadboard on the counter and there were food scraps underneath. The freezer shelves were rusty.The outdoor seating area was nice, but it was covered in dust and there were huge amounts of cobwebs - there was also a huge spider inside that we couldn't remove. The sliding glass door looked like someone - a kid probably - had put their fingers all over it, and it hadn't been cleaned since.Could do with some block out curtains - especially in the living area sleeping area.

The location and cleanliness

Signs e.g. any disturbance to the spare single bed would cost you $30, due to Covet (I think they meant COVID) the hot water pump was restricted to 4 hrs morning and night??, if you failed to pay $4 for water bottle if used, they would charge you an extra $20 plus the $4. I don't think all the signage was necessary and the water restrictions did not make sense.Very dated and dark. Not much sound proofing, quite noisy including other units plumbing.

Very clean and comfortable room. Very nice gardens and great walking distance into the main strip. Having a microwave was also a bonus! Kerry and Dave were very friendly and lovely hosts ?

Reception person was rude, unreasonable and down right unacceptable. We were asked to pay extra to have our 3 month old baby stay with us. We also needed more time before check out and was told no strictly 10am .. even though it was to comfort our baby. We also couldn't get a refund or cancell our mistake booking made for January next year 6 months away!!. Staff didn't want to cooperate and were just rude. Won't be recommended nor stay ever again. Your pillows are ridiculously hard and the heating constantly switches off.

Garden area small yet quaint

Used to sleeping in bigger bed and pillows need replacing
