Located in a quiet tree-lined street in Rotorua, next to Central Mall, Rotorua's main shopping mall. Six On Union Rotorua is 5 minutes' walk from a range of restaurants and bars and 10 minutes' walk from both Rotorua city center and lake. It is 1.9 mi from Te Puia and a 5-minute drive from Rotorua Museum and the Polynesian Spa. Free private parking is available on site. Each spacious apartment offers a full equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, coffee pot, refrigerator, complimentary coffee/tea and a stove top. All units offer a digital TV, DVD player and tea/coffee making facilities. A guest laundry and breakfast are also available. Pets can be accommodated at this property.

Cons -

Very dirty things did not work toilet walls were stained by wot looked like spit. Ants all through the shower and was very dated needs a revamp for $--- for one night i felt very ripped off n disappointed
NO INTERNET IN ROOM! Despite the listing saying there was, there was not. The owner didnt really speak english (Japanese I think). Getting sleep was difficult. Paper thin walls and not enough blinds to keep it dark in the morning.

Pretty room, nice setup with private bathroom and kitchen
